Shelly M. Kirkgard obtained a Master in Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin in 1988, and her bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University in 1986.

Shelly has always worked in benefits administration, and has extensive experience and knowledge of all aspects of qualified pension plan administration. She began her career in Human Resources and transitioned to third party administration in 1991.
