EFAST2 Notice - 2009 Form 5500 Filing:
EIP is currently utilizing the EFAST 1 system for the Form 5500 filings on your retirement plan, if applicable for your plan. However, beginning in January, 2010, all plans that file a Form 5500 will be required to use the new DOL's electronic system called EFAST2 for electronic signature and filing purposes. The procedures will be different for EFAST2 and will involve the Authorized Signer's participation.

Required Minimum Distribution Notice:
In accordance with the Worker, Retiree, Employer Recovery Act (WRERA) and the recently released IRS Notice 2009-82, the required minimum distribution (RMD) rules have been waived for the 2009 plan year.
