Employee Incentive Plans, Inc (EIP) is an Austin consulting firm providing retirement services for companies and individuals. We specialize in the design and administration of Qualified Retirement Plans for Corporations, Partnerships, and Self-employed Individuals. Providing services since 1974, EIP has consistently been one of the major benefit consulting firms in the Austin area providing plan design, documents, administration, insurance, and investment services.  Our goal is to provide professional service using the most efficient systems available to keep legal and administrative costs to a minimum.

 EIP provides services primarily to Austin, Dallas, Lubbock, Houston, and surrounding areas.  EIP is uniquely qualified to provide services to small and medium sized employers in addition to meeting the needs of larger employers as well.  We are committed to providing the best retirement plan consulting and administration services with an average of approximately fifteen years of experience per professional employee and affiliate.  The size and technical expertise of our firm allows us to provide personal level of assistance through the design and decision process.  Determination of plan type will depend on a variety of factors such as the benefits provided by the current plan and the desire of the plan sponsor.  The cost variation between the different plan types may also influence the decision.  Individually designed plans are the most costly while the use of EIP’s prototype document is less expensive and will accommodate most small to medium sized employers. 

On an individual basis, our investment and planning group provides wealth management services including Individual Retirement Accounts, 529 Plan college savings accounts, as well as individual and joint mutual fund accounts.  Our firm helps design a comprehensive and cost-effective retirement package for you and your company’s needs in order to help prepare and provide for a better retirement.  By employing a long-term approach to investing and money management, you and your employees will become better equipped to meet your individual investment goals and objectives.
